Patrick Bardon
B.A. Mod., D.L.S.
Patrick trained in Black & Co., Solicitors from 1997-2001 and worked in the Builders Dept. in BCM Hanby Wallace Solicitors before joining O’Shee Murphy Solicitors in 2004. Since then Patrick has acted for private clients and state bodies in commercial property transactions including sales, leases, tax restructuring and financing.
Patrick advises Builder clients in legal, planning and financing matters for residential developments and Farmers in Transfers, Leases and Family Settlements of agricultural & forestry lands in a tax efficient manner.
Patrick has extensive experience in providing friendly and efficient services to private clients in the areas of residential property transactions, Wills, Probate, Enduring Powers of Attorney.
He is on the Mental Health Commission’s Panel of Legal Representatives and represents clients at Mental Health Tribunals.
